These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website, run by Singular Sunshine Studios ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

These Terms cover the website only. Our games are sold and played through third-party stores and platforms, and your purchase and play of a game are governed by that store's terms and any licence agreement for the game. Each game also has its own privacy policy, linked from that game's page.

Using the website

You may browse the website and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes and for news coverage, reviews and other content about our games. When you use the website, you agree not to:

break any law, or use the website to infringe anyone else's rights;
send spam, false information or automated form submissions;
try to get into parts of the website or its systems you are not meant to access, or disrupt how it works;
copy or scrape the website in bulk, or present it as your own.

Our content

The website and everything on it — including our games' names, logos, artwork, screenshots, trailers and text — belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing on the website gives you ownership of any of it.

You may use the materials in our Press Kit to write about, review, stream or make videos of our games. Please do not change our logos, imply that we endorse you, or use our materials to sell other products without our written permission.

Forms and what you send us

When you fill in a form or email us, you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. How we handle that information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Steam key requests

Submitting a key request does not guarantee a key. We review each request and may approve or decline it at our discretion, without giving a reason. If we send you a key:

it is for you to use for the content or coverage described in your request;
you may not sell, trade or give it away;
we may revoke it if it was requested with false information or used against these Terms.

Creator Affiliate Program

Applying to the Creator Affiliate Program does not guarantee acceptance. If you are accepted, the details of the program — including how earnings are calculated and paid — are set out in what we send you, and those details apply alongside these Terms. You must clearly tell your audience when content includes an affiliate link or a free key, as required by the platforms you publish on and the laws where you live. We may end your participation if you break these rules.

Links to other websites

The website links to stores, social media and other services we do not run, such as Steam, YouTube and our studio store. We are not responsible for their content or how they work, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". Game details, release dates and prices may change, and the website may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about the website beyond those stated in these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, or for any loss caused by things outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer.
