This Privacy Policy explains how Singular Sunshine Studios ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares information when you play Conquest Tactics: Realm of Sin (the "Game") on PC (Epic Games Store, Steam), macOS, iOS or Android. It applies to the Game on all platforms where it is available.

By installing or playing the Game, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Game.

Information we collect

Game data stored on your device

The Game saves your progress (campaign progress, unlocked units and characters, settings and similar gameplay data) in a save file on your device. This file stays on your device unless you use a platform cloud save feature described below.

Information from your platform account

Depending on where you play, the Game signs in through your platform account to provide achievements, cloud saves and purchases. We may receive:

Epic Games Store (Epic Account Services / Epic Online Services) — Epic account ID, display name, preferred language, linked account display names and an Epic Online Services product user ID. Used for sign-in, achievements and stats, and cloud saves.
Steam — Steam ID and Steam profile name. Used for achievements, Steam Cloud saves, DLC ownership and Remote Play Together.
Google Play Games (Android) — player ID and display name. Used for achievements.
Apple Game Center (iOS) — player ID and display name. Used for achievements.

Cloud saves

If cloud saves are available on your platform (for example, Epic Games Store Cloud Saves or Steam Cloud), a copy of your save file is uploaded to and stored by that platform under your account so you can continue on another device. Cloud saves are operated by the platform under its own privacy policy.

Multiplayer

Versus matches against another player are played locally on the same device. The Game does not connect to our own or any third-party multiplayer servers.

On Steam, you can invite a friend to a local versus match with Steam Remote Play Together. This feature is provided and operated by Valve: Steam streams the Game's video and audio to your friend and sends their input back. We do not receive or store this stream.

Purchases

Purchases of the Game or downloadable content are processed by the store you buy from (Epic Games Store, Steam, Apple App Store or Google Play). We do not receive or store your payment card details. We may receive confirmation that you own a product so the Game can unlock it.

Information we do not collect

Real name, email address or physical address (unless you contact us directly)
Precise location
Microphone, camera, contacts or photos
Advertising identifiers — the Game does not contain ads

The Game does not include third-party analytics, advertising or crash reporting SDKs.

How we use your information

Gameplay — save and load your progress.
Platform features — sign you in, unlock achievements, sync cloud saves and verify purchases.
Support — respond when you contact us.
Legal compliance — respond to legal requests and enforce our terms.

The Game uses the following third-party services, which may independently collect technical data under their own policies:

We do not control these third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

With the platform and service providers listed above, solely to operate the features described in this policy.
With legal authorities if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our players.
In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, under the same protections.

Your rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate data.
Delete your data.
Restrict or object to certain processing.
Withdraw consent at any time.

Know what personal information is collected and how it is used.
Opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
Request deletion of personal information.

Deleting your data

You can delete your local progress by uninstalling the Game and removing its save files. Cloud saves and platform account data are managed by the platform; you can remove them through your Epic Games, Steam, Google or Apple account settings. To request deletion of any data we hold, contact us.

Children

Conquest Tactics: Realm of Sin is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
