        DIGDLE does not require an account, does not collect your name, email, or any personal
        identifiable information, and does not sell any data to third parties.

This Privacy Policy describes how Singular Sunshine Studio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile and PC game DIGDLE ("the Game"), available on iOS, Android, and PC via Steam.

2. Information We Collect

We do not directly collect personal information. The Game stores the following data locally on your device only:

Game progress (levels cleared, stars earned, best times)
Settings (sound volume, language preference)
Purchase status (which packs have been unlocked)

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

3. Third-Party Services (Mobile Only)

The mobile version of DIGDLE uses the following third-party services that may collect data independently under their own privacy policies:

3.1 Unity Ads

We use Unity Ads to serve advertisements in the free mobile version. Unity Ads may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. Purchasing "Remove Ads" disables all advertisements.

3.2 Unity Purchasing (In-App Purchases)

In-app purchases are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). We do not receive or store your payment information. Purchase receipts are validated directly with the platform.

4. PC / Steam Version

The Steam version of DIGDLE contains no advertisements and no in-app purchases. All content is included with the one-time purchase. Steam may collect usage data independently under Valve's Privacy Policy: store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement

5. Children's Privacy

DIGDLE is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The Game does not require registration or any personal details to play. Advertisements shown via Unity Ads are configured to comply with COPPA and GDPR-K requirements for child-directed content.

6. Data Retention

Game save data is stored locally on your device. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the Game. We do not retain any data on our servers because we do not collect any.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete on your behalf. For data collected by third-party services (Unity Ads, Apple, Google, Steam), please refer to their respective privacy policies and opt-out tools.
