This Privacy Policy explains how Singular Sunshine Studios ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you play Sugar Sugar Shake (the "Game") on iOS or Android.

By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Game.

When you make a purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). We do not receive or store your payment card details. We may receive:

2.3 Information from Google Play Games (Android only)

If you sign in to Google Play Games, we receive:

• Your Google Play Games player ID and display name
• Leaderboard scores and achievements

2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

• Real name, email address, or physical address (unless you contact us directly)
• Precise GPS location
• Microphone or camera data
• Contacts or photos from your device

3. How We Use Your Information

• Advertising: Display ads via Unity Ads. With your consent, ads may be personalized based on your advertising identifier. Without consent, only contextual (non-personalized) ads are shown.
• Analytics: Understand how the Game is played to improve gameplay and fix issues.
• Purchases: Fulfill in-app purchases and restore purchases.
• Leaderboards: Display scores via Google Play Games Services.
• Legal compliance: Respond to legal requests and enforce our Terms of Service.

5. Advertising and Tracking

iOS — App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iOS 14.5 and later, we request your permission before accessing your Advertising Identifier (IDFA). When the prompt appears:

• "Allow Tracking" — enables personalized ads based on your activity across apps and websites.
• "Ask App Not to Track" — ads are still shown, but they are not personalized.

You can change this permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Sugar Sugar Shake.

Android — Advertising ID

We access the Google Advertising ID (GAID) to serve ads. On first launch we ask for your consent. If you decline, only non-personalized ads are shown.

You can reset or opt out of personalized ads in Settings → Google → Ads.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers: Unity (ads), Google (Play Games / Play Billing), Apple (StoreKit) — solely to operate the services described above.
• Legal authorities: If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred to the new owner under the same protections.

7. Your Rights

European Economic Area (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing done before withdrawal).

Sugar Sugar Shake is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at the address in Section 10 and we will delete it promptly.

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. We use industry-standard security measures, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
